 New for 2014 this 6th generation edition of the legendary Quattroporte offered many significant upgrades.  Advanced technology under the hood and a retuned chassis with a 4” longer wheelbase to improve rear seat comfort are most notable, but overall the Gen 6 Quattroporte is a clear step up from its predecessors.

 This example is in superb overall condition and ready to thrill.  A very handsome exterior design signals your arrival and status.  Stunning yet subtle white finish shows very well. Dark window tint adds a dramatic effect.  Overall the exterior is excellent with only a few very minor scuffs.

 The interior is in very good shape, not quite new, but just broken in and very welcoming.  Sport saloon comfort for four with sensuous Poltrana Frau black leather accented with carbon fiber interior trim and a sensuous black Alcantara headliner. Dual heated front seats offer opulent comfort and snug support. A power moonroof brightens the inner space on demand.  The rear cabin is similarly lavish with heated dual seating pockets and a central seat belt to add a third seating position.  Maserati’s signature analog clock anchors the tech savvy dashboard featuring full instrumentation and a 8.4” touch screen display including a back-up camera and onboard NAV system.  The audio system offers Bluetooth connectivity and is satellite radio ready.

 Under the hood the showpiece powerplant is a 3.8 liter DOHC 32 valve twin turbo V8 with Ferrari lineage and outrageous power.  A ZF 8-speed automatic transmission with 5 selectable modes and paddle shifters offers precise control. With 523 hp on tap top speed is a heady 191mph.  A valet function is included for parking peace of mind.

 The chassis rides on staggered P245/40Z20 fronts and P285/35Z20 rears mounted on chic Mercurito 20” alloys.  Four wheel Brembo disc brakes feature six piston front calipers and awesome capability.  The suspension offers two modes - Normal and Sport with a clear differentiation in the driving experience.

 Service history is comprehensive indicating regular maintenance approximately every 5K miles from new.  Most recent service was at 44k miles including a full inspection and new spark plugs.  This Maserati runs and rides with the presence of a legendary marque.  No issues, up to date service, ready to romp.
